Moved to Bridgend during a turbulent week for the Store and Company.Using all my experience gained of over 25 years within Comet to ensure that all the Colleagues continue to deliver a high level of Customer Service whilst going through a challenging time, this has been achieved through exceptional Leadership whilst having a completely open door policy to overcome any and all concerns going forward.

Constructed a new and innovative Manager meeting document to assist the Management Team in refocusing on the desired outcome.Constructed a new and innovative Colleague Review Document to assist my Management Team in delivering the required performances.Thrived with the exciting challenge of managing a previously unmanageable store which in the words of my ROM had destroyed the previous five Managers and completely turned around the given performance of the Store. Deputised for my Rom assuming accountability and responsibility of the performance of 23 Stores through my infectious and dynamic approach to retail.Conveyed my forward thinking expertise with fellow store and sales managers to provide direction and support on how to enthuse and motivate colleagues to encourage store progression.
