InFocus holds a major share of the market today. In 1992, the 35mm slide show that Intel's Andrew Grove delivered to his national sales associates meeting introduced the System 2000 plan detailing Intel's microprocessor plans to the year 2000. Modeled and animated a fly-through of a 30,000 sq. ft. Nintendo trade show booth proposed by Promotion Products, Inc. They won the 1996 CES show contract to do the 2.5 million dollar booth. Designed the 35mm slide show presentation for Drake Construction, Inc.'s proposal for the construction of the 35 million dollar Rose Quarter Arena for the Portland Trailblazers. They got the contract.

In 1998 started VirtualDesign.net putting together a team that created a fully interactive collaboration workspace suite for business, manufacturing and multimedia design that was browser-based. The Virtual Workspace featured a high bandwidth, cloud based creative workspace for up to 24 users with 2D and 3D interactive graphic file sharing, real-time layered markup, and multi-point live video and audio conferencing that ran on the Microsoft Windows platform. VirtualDesign.net was forcibly taken over by a hostile investor and a deceptive Senior V.P. just after a very successful VDN 2.0 Comdex product release in December 2002, and after a name change and focus change was out of business by 2005.

From 1983 to 1985 I was Senior Exhibit Designer at Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, where I designed the first "Dinosaurs at OMSI" show that broke every attendance record at the museum. I also designed the Space Medicine exhibit hall and the traveling exhibit "Millions" featuring many interactive kiosks. I was responsible for coordinating all the documentation, planning, design, construction and installation of the exhibits.

My position from 1985 to 1987 was as Computer Graphics Production Manager at Media West where I created thousands of 35mm computer graphic slides for customer presentations all over the Northwest. Among the shows I produced was the 35mm slide presentation where Microsoft's Bill Gates introduced the CD-ROM format and associated Microsoft multimedia plans to the world in 1985.

Published the 1982 Oregon Energy Resource Manualhttps://www.osti.gov/biblio/505613340 passive solar home plans designed for the Pacific Northwest by Oregon architects and designers.A renewable-energy-resource guide and a product locator index.The manual was divided into three distinct sections.Part one contains 40 passive solar home plans designed for the Pacific Northwest by Oregon architects and designers. Floor plans and exterior renderings of multi-family and single-family dwellings, earth sheltered and bermed designs, and light commercial structures are included. Part two, the renewable-energy-resource guide, is primarily designed as a locator to indepth publications that explain specific energy resources in detail. It contains illustrated book reviews of pertinent private and government publications available. Various tables, forms, diagrams, energy system evaluation criteria, an illustrated glossary, BPA energy programs, utility programs, financial outlooks and non-profit organizations are included. The product locator index makes up part three. This indexed directory contains the listings of businesses, including the address, phone number, contact person and a 30 to 50 word description of the product or services currently offered. These renewable energy companies range from architectural and engineering services to research and development firms.

After publishing our 1976 Northwest Arts and Crafts Directory, I came up with the idea of bringing the Saturday Market to Portland and got permission from the folks in Eugene, Oregon to use the name of their Saturday Market effort. We contacted all the artists and craftspeople we featured in our guide and in 1975, put together the first Saturday Market on a N.W. Portland Parking lot with giant butterfly mural on a building next to the lot. It's now the longest running outdoor arts and crafts marketplace in America, still running every summer downtown with its own space on the Willamette Riverfront.
