As the Exercise, Training, and Certification Officer, I efficiently managed, planned, and delivered the training and certification of all missile defense officers and leadership to upgrade their skills in USNORTHCOM Ballistic Missile Defense systems. My most notable accomplishments are listed below: • Played the key role of Senior Evaluator to review and assess all MDOs across the NORAD/USNORTHCOM Command center (N2C2).• Drove the execution of the training plan and facilitated training sessions for all NORAD/USNORTHCOM personnel, including General officers in BMDS capabilities and engagement authorities.• Subject Matter Expert on critical systems to efficiently train and mentor operational personnel and senior leaders, including Forward-Based X-Band - transportable (AN/TPY2), Sea-Based X Band Radar (SBX), Ground-based Midcourse Defense Fire Control system (GFC), and Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC).

As a Missile Defense Officer, I played an instrumental role in the management of a major $60BN Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) system. Being the subject matter expert, I monitored battle operations and engagement of threat ballistic missiles to conceptualize and deliver key reports to executive leadership stakeholders. Several of my accomplishments are listed below: • Partnered with Combatant Commander (CCDR) and Command leaders to deliver tactical guidance and to direct deployment of defense missiles against threat ballistic missiles.• Oversaw the missile defense battle operations within NORAD-USNORTHCOM Command Center (N2C2) and Cheyenne Mountain Directorate (CMD) Command Center; bi-national, joint staff command centers.• Coordinated changes to the Ballistic Missile Defense System with COCOMS, JFCC-IMD, the BMDS Watch Officer (BWO) and element support organizations.• Established strong working engagements with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Service Commands, and the Missile Defense Agency to ensure optimal performance of the GMD system.• Delivered status reports to USNORTHCOM Commander in relation to the current performance of GMD system and identified activities of potential ballistic missiles.

In partnership with ARNG G6, Deputy G6, and Divisions leadership, I directed all operations and administrative management across the Army National Guard (ARNG) Communications and Automation Directorate's Architecture Division to ensure operational excellence and team effectiveness. Several of my accomplishments are listed below: • Cultivated a positive workforce morale and operational readiness by leveraging strategic planning and leadership skills, process enhancements introduction, and effective operational coordination.• Ensured timely implementation and execution of all directives, orders, and instructions delivered by the ARNG Architecture Division.• Directly coordinated and led the ARNG involvement, preparation and participation in the Department of the Army Migration Implementation and Review Council (MIRC) ensuring all ARNG Systems and applications were defined and represented properly for future sustainability and presentation to the HQDA MIRC council.• Assisted with the planning, development, and oversight of ARNG applications while maintaining accountability of over $4MN in IT equipment.

As a Professional committed to achieving operational excellence, superior performance, and full compliance to Signal, MI, Cyber, & IO Standard Requirements in relation to Code (SRC) 11, 30 ,34 , 35, and 53, I efficiently drove the organizational integration of 109 units and 9906 spaces. A small selection of my accomplishments is listed below: • Monitored and managed the annual command plan to ensure achievement of established targets and to mitigate operational risks.• Key contributor to the TAA and POM process to identify improvement areas and to optimize Signal, MI, Cyber, and IO force structure.• Audited data within FMSWEB, RCAS, and SAMAS to assure data protection and effective maintenance in relation to ARNGs position.• Drove force modernization and transformation to meet code standards of SRC 11, 30, 34, 35, and 53 by integrating comprehensive Military Signal, MI, Cyber, and IO requirements within the Department of the Army Signal, MI, Cyber, and IO Organizational Integrators and the 54 States and Territory FIROs.• Subject Matter Expert for the ARNG that delivered advice and expertise in Cyber Security and on emerging cyber capabilities to key stakeholders across the Department of the Army, ARNG, and USAR Force managements Directorates.

Being the Cyber Security Officer, I steered the cybersecurity function across the ARNG including procedures and policies development, staff training, strategic planning, and capacity building, while ensuring compliance to CNGB and DARNG guidelines.My most important accomplishments are listed below: • Directed and executed the establishment and stationing of 11 ARNG Cyber Protection Teams (CPT) throughout 54 states and territories, including $38M budget management and 484 cross-location Soldiers leadership.• Spearheaded the strategic planning, development, and execution of National level exercises, Cyber Shield and Cyber Guard, to facilitate effective training of over 534 Soldiers from 54 States and Territories.• Conceptualized and submitted multiple CONPLANs for 11 CPTs to the Department of the Army Staff.• Contributed to the cyber course development and validation to enable effective training of over 430 Cyber soldiers to 100% DA 8570 standards in partnership with the United States Cyber Command (USCC), Army Cyber (ARCYBER), and the Professional Education Center (PEC).
