Responsible for developing and managing a $10M staff and operations budget. Directly responsible for all third-party manufacturing, purchasing, packaging, quality assurance and shipping/distribution relationships and activities. Instrumental in preparing and leading the company into a SAP-Business-One environment. Led manufacturing network optimization and cost reduction projects resulting in sustainable price reductions in co-pack tolling, warehousing, domestic and international inbound and outbound transportation and key ingredients and materials

Directed the activities of all operations and supply chain staff for Imagine Foods Inc., an $80M international soy and rice based food and beverage company. Responsible for developing and managing a $40M staff and operations budget. Led the company’s domestic and international third party manufacturing and sourcing efforts. Drafted scopes of work and directed the activities of multiple consulting firms in an upgrade of production, supply chain, organic compliance, European Union export and information technologies efforts. Instrumental in preparing and presenting the company for a favorable acquisition by Hain-Celestial Group.
