Proud native of Somerville, MA and graduate of St Clement High School, Medford, MA. Attended Middlesex Community College, Bedford, MA, toward a degree in Business Administration. Earned management positions with both automotive and motorcycle dealerships in Cambridge, MA, Somerville, MA and, Jacksonville, FL prior to pursuing a career in the airline industry. Served as Operations Supervisor (FLL) and Station Manager (ORH) for Carnival Airlines. Recruited by Valujet Airlines as Operations Supervisor (FLL) and promoted to Customer Service Manager (MDW, MIA). Moved to a position at Goodrich Aerospace (DEN) and was promoted to asset manager for client America West Airlines (PHX). Chose an opportunity at America West Airlines Cargo while completing a BS degree in management at ERAU. Accepted a position as AOG Material Planner with US Airways, and transitioned in that position to the new American Airlines.
