About Robert Zarrilli

Started in the food and beverage industry when I was 16 years old at my local bowling alley tavern, Talk’s Tavern, then moved on to a line cook position at Bellewood Country Club and eventually promoted to Assistant Kitchen Manager after a year and a half as line cook. Spent my last year and half as the Assistant Kitchen Manager and then headed off to Penn State University to study secondary education. I then transferred to The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, to study for my Bachelor’s of Food Business Management with a focus in Culinary Arts. I graduated April, 18th, 2024, and am in need of a full-time job.I have a strong work ethic and high level of interest in continuing my education in Culinary Arts and Food Business Management. I am looking for a position that will enable me to grow into my fullest potential. My strongest cuisine is Italian, and it is my goal to perfect it to my best ability.
