As a part of this job role, I scheduled tax and insurance appointments in both English and Spanish. In addition to the above responsibilities, I answered basic tax questions and provided information regarding office hours and location. During my time with Community Family Centers as Computer Lab Teacher, I facilitated adolescent and adult students with fundamental computer skills, including keyboard use and program software. Other responsibilities of mine were creating weekly lesson plans, including instructional materials and learning activities for computer-related courses. It's important to highlight that I supported clients in creating professional resumes and using internet job searches to obtain jobs.
