Deputy Program Manager
Mangaged a team of 35, comprised of Instructional Designers, Editors and Quality Control personnel, in the Design, Development, and Testing of training products in support of the Sailor 2025 (S2025) Fiscal Year 2022 (FY22) Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Content Conversion (CC) effort. The training products delivered totaled over 1,500 hours of interactive courseware spanning from Level II Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) to fully immersive, complex media and Level IV PC simulation under a very compressed timeline, averaging 4.76 interactive courseware hours per day!

As a volunteer Bystander Intervention course Facilitator, used role play and guided facilitated discussion to train Sailors how to recognize and prevent sexual assault, contributing to a 38% decrease in sexual assaults on Naval Station Great Lakes in 2012.
Maintenance Manager / Machinery Division Leading Petty Officer
As the Ship’s Oil King, meticulously managed the safe onload of more than 2,000,000 gallons of fuel and 50,000 gallons of lube oil without any spills during. As Division Training Manager, trained and qualified personnel in Propulsion and Auxiliary Control Console Operator, Auxiliary Boiler Operator, Oil King Assistant and Casualty Response Team watchstations. Also responsible for the job training of 56 personnel.
