Senior Sales Manager in charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in Sales and Marketing for the Company.Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis.Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company.

Responsible for visiting every customer sold a T1 to ensure customers premise was ready and able to have the T1 installed. Also responsible for scheduling any pre-work needed to make customer’s site suitable for Bell to install the loop. Worked close with sales managers, agents and the customer to educate them in the T1 process and help them with the sales.
