At Sage Software Canada, we valued amazing client experiences, transparency, agility and accountability while offering a first in class Cloud accounting program experience. As a Customer Success Manager, I was in charge of ensuring client adoption and training by conducting pre and post sales outreach, hosting daily webinars, performing 1:1 onboardings, constructing and fine tuning projects focusing on acquisition, churn and much more. I most recently worked with Sage's Cloud based platform to ensure full adoption by Sage's clients while lowering churn rate.
