PROJECT M.A.L.E. (Mentoring Adolescents to Lead with Excellence), a Georgia non profit organization, is in response to the crisis that plagues minority adolescents. PROJECT M.A.L.E. is a mentoring organization designed for minority males in grades 3-8 within the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.Our goal is to empower young men to become tomorrow’s leaders through.

• Sell/Market YMCA facility and program memberships (over 1600 units sold in seven months)
• In-house marketing agent; create all marketing materials for the branch, including over 13,000 postcards marketing Summer Day Camp
• Maintain branch compliance with Y-USA branding regulations
• Communicate with members in a highly professional manner
• Create and maintain memorable member experiences
• Retain facility memberships
