I am currently a Partner with Contact Management and Summit Staffing Partners. Contact Management is an engineering consulting firm and Summit Staffing Partners is an IT staffing company. Before starting Contact Management and Summit Staffing, I was one of the founders and CEO of East-West Staffing, a national staffing company. I also served as Vice President of Temporary Services Insurance Limited (TSIL), the eighth largest member owned captive insurance program in the world. My previous experiences include being one of the owners of Snelling Personnel Services, NJ, NY and PA Franchise Group. Our Franchise Group won several awards including Franchisee of the Year in 2001 and I also served as President of the Snelling Franchise Advisory Council. I currently serve on the Rutgers Business School Advisory Board. I am a former President and Chairman of Embrace Kids Foundation. I was also on the President's Advisory Council of Oberlin College. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Oberlin College, and a Master in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
