In this role, as part of LinkedIn's Information Security team, I developed and implemented the Jira security assessment workflow process for the Supplier Security Assurance (SSA) team. I also created operational metrics dashboards to track the overall health of the SSA program and reported all metrics to our business partners and the executive team on a quarterly basis. I am responsible for all project specific process and procedure documentation, which includes the Standard Operating Procedure (Runbook), Supplier Risk Classification to determine how well a supplier manages/maintains their network security to decrease the risk of LinkedIn's data from being compromised. I developed the Minimum Baseline Requirements document for suppliers/vendors in collaboration with subject matter experts on the security team and was responsible for rolling out the document to impacted suppliers. I work closely with the Information Security manager on the security strategy and execution of project deliverables.I worked collaboratively with the Jira development team in implementing process workflows and SLA’s, which increased productivity and streamlined the overall security review turnaround time. Furthermore, I have partnered with the Sourcing and Engineering team on the requirements for Sprint Planning, which decreased the overall security assessment review process by a few weeks depending on risk level assigned to the supplier/vendor.

During my time at Genentech I was promoted to project manager by management due to my project knowledge and leadership skills. I led cross-functional global teams to ensure efficient implementation of new products and processes – focusing on positive consistent end-user experience. I have participated in and co-managed many key projects for Genentech, including the following:• Two-Factor Authentication: I helped overhaul a complex project and managed a full team during Go-Live, completing this project with the PM within six months.• Single Sign-On: Worked closely with the PM to help implement a standard solution across Roche and Genentech.• Centrify: I co-managed the migration of 15K applications to Centrify, which consolidated identities and leveraged enterprise authentication service.• Compliance: Completed Hard Disk Encryption of 10K user laptops with Symantec encryption software that protected company data.As a Project Coordinator, I helped manage multiple IT infrastructure projects that provided new systems and solutions that were inline with Roche standards. I co-managed the project schedule for five IT projects and communicated deliverables to engineers and cross-functional teams in NALA, EMEA, and APAC. I managed all team meetings/workshops and provided weekly and ad-hoc project related updates. I assisted in project planning, executing and closing out projects according to the Project Plan. I communicated project goals and business direction to management and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. I was responsible for ensuring that project timelines were on track and the project was within budget and meeting the strategic business and technical requirements defined at project initiation.

Performed evaluation tools and insured business and Point of Interest (POI) data integrity accuracy for Apple Maps.Drove higher productivity scores by working with stakeholders and development teams to help create and evaluate application test tools and reported system/map issues to the engineering team. Contributed to Latin America Market policies for business listing layouts in various Spanish speaking countries (Spain, Mexico, Chile and Argentina). Also verified the accuracy of Apple Maps data for Portuguese speaking countries (Brazil and Portugal).
