Conducted test and integration activities for the Weapons System Integration Test (WSIT) Team associated with the Increment 3 Block 2 Combat system in MPRA laboratories. The WSIT Team generates and executes requirements-based test plans and procedures, produces Test Reports and Problem Reports which are documented and maintained in the Government Jira database. Generated and executed requirements-based test plans and procedures for communications, storage, and track management systems.

• Responsible for aircraft systems and weapons employment as well as crew coordination on P-3C and P-8A aircraft.

• Assisted with test and evaluation for the P-8A Poseidon during multiple operational test periods• Extensive development of High-Altitude Anti-Submarine Warfare systems, tactics, and capabilities to include coordination with multiple program offices on development of ASW and ASuW weapons as well as wide area search capabilities.• Worked with Royal Air Force (RAF), Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), and Royal Norwegian Air Force (RNoAF) aviators on integration of P-8A systems, operating drives, tactics, and squadron best practices.• Performed COT&E and IOT&E of High Altitude ASW Weapons Capability (HAAWC) to include the successful employment and development of safe security procedures when operating outside of home airfields.

Mission Commander and Tactical Coordinator • Acted as the Mission Commander for a Combat Air Crew of three pilots, one Naval Flight Officer, and 5 Naval Air-Crewmen in three Operational Theaters for two overseas deployments around the globe on P-3C Orion and P-8A Poseidon Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft• Responsible for mission execution, crew coordination, employment of weapons, as well as all sensors, communications, and ordnance in the search and prosecution of sub-surface, surface, and overland targets• Experience working with Net Enabled Weapons systems and tactical data link networks for inter-servicecoordination with air, surface, and subsurface platforms.

Served as Operational Test Director for the E-6B Mercury Test and Evaluation• Selected to coordinate test and evaluation for communications updates on the E-6B Mercury during developmental and operational test periods.

Served as Primary Key Management Infrastructure Officer and Electronic Key Management Systems Officer • Participated in multiple tours as the Communications Officer in charge of IT systems. • Kept squadron practices and usage in compliance with all regulations set by the National Security Administration. Worked with squadron Control Officer on foreign disclosure policies for classified aircraft materials.• Implemented control plans for foreign nationals to include RAF, RNoAF, and RCAF flight personnel working on P-8A aircraft during test periods for multiple weapons systems and acoustics updates.• Conducted successful transformation of squadron security practices concerning classified materials for homeport change from Hawaii to Washington during the transition from P-3C to P-8A aircraft.• Managed two teams of Information Technicians in charge of equipment and infrastructure supporting hundreds of employees across up to five countries simultaneously.

Lead the Maintenance Avionics and Armament Division • Oversee division and manage team including: two Junior Officers, one Warrant Officer, one Senior Chief Petty Officer, three Chief Petty Officers, and over forty junior sailors.• Lead the division through an arduous pre-deployment work-up cycle viewed within the Navy as essential preparation for a successful overseas deployment.
