I work by myself designing and implementing websites and other digital media including Flash animations. I also collaborate with other independent contractors.

Digital Media was about 40% art and design, 60% technology. Taught High School students how to build their own websites using Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and other web technologies. Also taught basics of video and sound editing as well as conventional print graphics.

Built, edited and maintained websites for Fortune 100 corporations, including production graphics, HTML, Javascript, and Flash. Maintained company Marcom materials and document templates. Graphic facilitator in planning phases of new projects, made site flowcharts, wireframes, and visual prototypes.

Created and taught 27 hour course in Adobe Photoshop through Community Education Program at College of Marin. Wrote and designed all course materials for Introduction, Intermediate and Advanced Photoshop for both Mac and Windows.

Digital artist, Photoshop image retouching, storyboarding and production design for computer games.

As an independent contractor created shop drawings and construction plans for cabinet shops and contractors in the North Bay area (Marin and Sonoma Counties) and the Exploratorium in San Francisco, CA. Provided storyboards, illustrations, and visual prototypes for computer-based trainings and promotions for Sage Interactive, Cybernautics, Luong Tam Design, Interactive Media and others in the North Bay area.

Built and designed exhibits, displays, kiosks, and signage for public areas of the museum. Remodeled major permanent exhibits Wild California Hall and Life Through Time Hall and numerous temporary shows. Drafted construction plans, working drawings, designed and illustrated exhibits. Responsible for $250K construction budget through Academy Studio (separate exhibit construction facility owned by CAS).
