About Robert E.
At HALOS, I have been supporting kinship caregivers for over a year as a Family Advocate. I help them provide a safe and nurturing home for children in their family, by helping them access resources, navigate systems, and overcome challenges. I have a passion for helping people, especially the youth, who are the future of our society.I am also a reggae artist and the owner of PAPA ROBBIE, a music production and entertainment company that I founded in 1998. I create positive and uplifting songs that deal with relationships, abuse, and adversity, and perform them professionally for diverse audiences and ages. I call it edutainment, a combination of education and entertainment. My goal is to share the positive messages and values of reggae music with the world.
