Provided a paper manufacturing client with an EAM assessment with a focus on work management processes and system requirements. Consulted with and provided recommendations and design for process improvements, integrated business functions and sustainable cost saving improvements.Provided an EAM assessment and made recommendations with respect to the structure, policies and procedures supporting compliance with maintenance programs for Power Plant critical equipment and systems at two sites with super-critical generating units. This included evaluation of the adequacy of current maintenance programs.
