Provided a paper manufacturing client with an EAM assessment with a focus on work management processes and system requirements. Consulted with and provided recommendations and design for process improvements, integrated business functions and sustainable cost saving improvements.Provided an EAM assessment and made recommendations with respect to the structure, policies and procedures supporting compliance with maintenance programs for Power Plant critical equipment and systems at two sites with super-critical generating units. This included evaluation of the adequacy of current maintenance programs. Conducted interviews with key personnel to gain an understanding of the maintenance programs that were in place for critical equipment and systems and assessed the adequacy of and compliance with maintenance programs and supporting policies and procedures, the design and operating effectiveness of key controls, the appropriateness of repair and replacement history and criticality identification and the completeness of maintenance documentation, including how maintenance is analyzed, scheduled, performed, monitored and closed out.Provided EAM consulting as a member of (2) work stream teams for an SAP ERP and Business Transformation project for a multiple unit nuclear site in China. Provided guidance to the client from process blueprinting, realization and design through system go-live. Assisted the client with detailed business process blueprinting, functional design specifications for the solution and providing integration and pre go-live validation and testing.
