Administered NATO's Mediterranean Dialogue program for NATO's southern region, increasing participation in scheduled events by member and observer countries Planned three successive NATO peace support operations in Macedonia which maintained peace in that country following the ethnic conflict of 2001. Transformed NATO operational Headquarters in Albania and Macedonia from their role solely supporting NATO operations in Kosovo to permanent NATO Headquarters in Tirana and Skopje.
