Originally hired as an Associate Broker and was ultimately promoted, reaching the level of Managing Director & Qualifying Broker in 2008. As Managing Director, while being directly responsible for leading a staff of 48 people with a budget in excess of $5 mm, was able to turn around an office in less than a year, which had historically been operating with a deficit, to one that consistently ranked in the Top 2 company-wide for profitability and in the Top 3 for total revenue generation.
