I assist the quality department in several ways. First, I oversee all plant trials from a quality perspective (allergen management, HACCP, etc). Second, I maintain the site's calibration plan. I coordinate calibration services with multiple vendors to ensure our monitoring equipment remains in calibration to deliver accurate results. Third, I facilitate new hire orientation training (quality portion). I conduct regular GMP audits of all areas of the facility and report out. I also compile quality metrics and report to those as well.
