Customer Review Advisor
CurrentAs a customer review advisor, my role contains many different roles. My main duties are to carry out financial reviews for our customers, this involves reviewing their finances, presenting other options that may benefit them and also looking at legacy planning.The main skill’s I use in my role is to identify what needs a customer has, once I have discovered a need I can present the relevant option’s to the customer, I am fully competent in completing review appointments, I am also able to complete Funeral Plan appointments with the plans of completing Will and Power of attorney appointments within this year.I am a senior member of branch which allows me to set a great example for the rest of my colleagues; this means I can demonstrate all of the right behaviours to my colleagues and any new starters. I thrive on perfecting my work and ensuring my work is of the highest quality. I enjoy getting myself known throughout the region and company; I enjoy networking with other colleagues and departments throughout the society.I also took on the role of “ Customer Experience Champion “ within my branch, this means I heavily look at the customer experience my branch is giving to our customers, I constantly review our feedback and NPS scores to spot any common trends or themes in which we can improve.Along with the above role, I am also the “Community Champion “within my branch, this means I research the local community and look for organisations that need volunteering help, recently I have arranged for my branch to volunteer at “Carshalton Lavender Fields “which included a day volunteering and helping out at the fields and also a £250.00 monetary donation in which we provided all new equipment to the fields.
