Post-merger, I developed a method of migrating the historical data into the permanent data warehouse to maintain the history that had been built. This project needs its own blog - it was absolutely massive. Reduced integration daily processing time by 20% by analyzing query structure and plan usage to improve execution time and reduce overhead from poorly written queries. Implemented additional logging of datamart processing in order to better understand and identify performance issues. The Multi-Channel Sales (MCSA) position is considered the nerve-center of the store. The MCSA position is typically offered to individuals who have mastered most other roles in the store; one must have working knowledge in all aspects of the company (sales, services, procedures, systems, etc.). The primary role of an MCSA is to process over-the-phone and online transactions. Additionally, we handle customer service (in-store and over the phone), deliveries, and services.
