I was an early entrant into the Internet world and CEO of multiple early Web technology companies. Along the way, I became an innovator in adapting Lean principles and practices to address business problems. I distilled my ideas and ways to apply Lean Thinking to the sales process in a book called Lean Selling (https://LeanSellingBook.com). I also have decades of experience mentoring CEO's of smaller companies on a broad range of strategic, financial, and operational issues. After the success of The Lean Startup book and model, I realized there was nothing similar for CEO's of companies once they grow beyond the startup phase. In 2020, I decided to "productize" the combination of my CEO experience, my CEO mentoriing experience, and my insights into the application of Lean for solving business problems.
