One Byte at a Time Educational Technology Services is a 501(c)(3) public charity in Canton, Ohio. It was founded in early 2019 by our Executive Director, Robert Lane.At One Byte at a Time we believe that children are the world’s most precious resource. The next generation needs to be prepared for a career that may not even exist today. To best prepare children for a job not yet created, we must help them learn to be creative, learn to problem solve and find a passion that drives them. We believe that all of us have a purpose in life. We want to help children find their passion and purpose while being excited and creative as they learn about technology.In addition to preparing children for their future by finding their passion and purpose, another goal we at One Byte at a Time work towards is building families. We have all heard the phrase, “A family that plays together, stays together.” We encourage families to participate in our camps and workshops together. Parents are always welcome to not only stay and watch, but to learn with their sons and daughters.At One Byte at a Time we believe that learning should not stop when a workshop or camp ends. The time spent at a workshop or camp should be the spark that ignites the excitement and creativity. When you leave a camp or workshop we want you to be able to continue learning and growing. This is why, whenever possible, participants will be given the resources to continue learning after the conclusion of a workshop or camp. We know that learning takes time. We know that finding our passion and purpose takes time. Actually it takes One Byte at a Time.
