I am an experienced and accomplished structural engineer in Arup based in the Dublin office. I have in excess of 20 years experience in the Irish and overseas markets delivering engineering design solutions on large building projects. I have worked on an array of projects and garnered wide experience in both the design office and on site. My experience includes design of commercial developments, manufacturing facilities, recreational venues, retail, refurbishment, educational facilities and hospital development. I am a highly skilled structural engineer with excellent multi-disciplinary design skills and a deep knowledge of the Irish Construction Industry. I successfully lead engineering design teams in delivery of large complex building developments.I have extensive knowledge of structural engineering design at all stages of the construction process from initial concept design to execution on site including site monitoring. I am also highly qualified in the role of strategic reviewer and assessor of existing buildings.I am a Chartered Engineer and have achieved the status of Fellow of Engineers Ireland (FIEI) and Fellow of The Institution of Structural Engineers (FIStructE).
