Responsible for full lifecycle Business Intelligence solutions including; Business Analysis , Design, Data Warehouse / Data Mart Data Modeling, ETL Development; BI Content Development, and End user training.Perform Business Intelligence architecture reviews to assess current client environment. Create Universes and Metric Dashboards utilizing BusinessObjects XI and Dashboard Manager to help client track and analyze the Key Performance Indicators.. • Install and configure BusinessObjects XI software and assist client personnel in best practices, strategies and planning for initial client implementations.

Business Intelligence Architect for Business Intelligence practice. Responsible for leading BI Project teams, Business Requirements gathering, Data Warehouse Design and architecture, Data Modeling, Universe Design, ETL Design, Infrastructure architecture. Development environment consists of BusinessObjects / WebIntelligence 5.1.7 and 6.5.1, Oracle / SQL Server and Informatica.

• Responsible for leading project teams in full lifecycle Data Warehouse development, duties include the following: Project planning, Business/User Requirements, Data Modeling, Extract, Transformation & Load, Universe design/ creation, Hardware/Software selection, Report development, System/User Acceptance Testing and End User Training.• Led Project team of 6 developers in redevelopment of primary corporate reporting environment utilizing BusinessObjects, WebIntelligence and Oracle. Duties included Business Requirements gathering and analysis of current reporting environment; Design of new Universe structure based on findings; Database Design/Tuning; Coordination of conversion efforts on 400 Corporate and personal report documents; Management of Technical resources. • Performed Proof of Concept Pilot project for Informatica to determine cost justification for acquiring this ETL software. Project involved utilizing the Informatica suite in the reverse engineering of source systems, Target Data Mart creation, Load and transformation workflows, Scheduling and monitoring of load procedures, Dashboard creation based on Data Mart, Project findings document and recommendation.• Designed and developed Carrier Performance Data Mart for reporting of customer and carrier EDI transactions. Duties included Dimensional Data Model, Universe Creation and Dashboard creation. Data Mart allows Operations, Customers and Carriers to monitor the scheduled activity on a near-real time basis via the corporate extranet.

• Organized and executed the CTG Data Warehouse Demonstration Center project for CTG’s Application Solution Center. This project assisted CTG in marketing and selling Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions. Demonstration Center was developed with Business Objects and Oracle • Led Project team of eight developers for an internal web enabled Time & Expense / Project Tracking system. Duties included System Architecture, Data Modeling, Project Plan Development and Technical Management of the development team. Development platform consisted of Cold Fusion, SQL Server and Crystal Reports.• Conducted a System Analysis and Assessment on a Ridership Tracking System for the Regional Transit Authority. Architected a set of recommended solutions with a development platform consisting of a combination of Visual Basic, Oracle and/or MS Access. • Designed & developed a Corporate Records Management System for Roadway utilizing Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server.

Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area

• Technical Project Lead on team of 12 developers is the conversion of a suite of applications for the City of Cleveland Water department. Project comprised of redeveloping 25 DOS based Water department applications to a Windows platform utilizing Visual Basic and MS Access. • Performed role of Programmer/Analyst on a development team for a web enabled Purchasing & Sales Data Warehouse for a major chemical additive manufacturer. Duties included Database Design, PowerCube creation and Report development utilizing Cognos Suite and SQL Server• Designed, developed and maintained a Y2K Inventory and Vendor Compliance application in support of validation and remediation of the City of Cleveland PC based applications. Application was developed on a Visual Basic and SQL Server Platform• Designed and developed an Incentive Payroll System for a major chemical additive manufacturer utilizing Visual FoxPro.

• Responsible for Database Administration and Reporting of $1 Billion commercial finance portfolio. Developed Centralized Data repository and reporting application which integrated regional Mainframe and PC based Through the use of SQL Server, FoxPro, Crystal Reports and Excel• Designed Developed and administered automated PC Database programs in support of Key AutoFinance Risk Management department. Applications included an Audit Tracking System and Risk Assessment Application utilizing Visual Basic and MS Access.

• Responsible for developing and executing models designed to report and forecast Delinquency, Charge-off, Repossession and Recovery performance for a $5 Billion consumer loan portfolio. • Developed automated applications in support of Collections, Foreclosure, Recover and Repossession departments utilizing FoxPro and Excel (VBA).
