Evaluated several firewall products before installing the selected solution, Check Point Firewall-1. The firewall infrastructure grew to several dozen enterprise firewalls, multiple rule-sets, including support for VPN, both B2B and remote access. Assisted in the development of a request tracking and approval system to meet company internal audit requirements.Recently migrated a multiple Check Point SmartCenter environment to a Provider-1/MDM environment with remote MLM log servers to efficiently handle millions of daily log entries.Assumed management of the RADIUS user authentication infrastructure which was initially built for remote dial-up access into the company to facilitate support. Experienced with CISCO ACS and Steel Belted RADIUS.Maintained the Bluecoat web-caching and reverse-proxy appliances.Evaluated and implemented Cisco WAN optimization between remote global offices and data centers.Implemented Websense URL filtering software as an OPSEC solution working with the Checkpoint Firewall-1 product. Assisted in the development, installation and support of a mainframe based multi-platform access provisioning system, using the Assembler language and maintaining a DB2 database. Also involved in the development and support of object-oriented client software to access and maintain the DB2 database.

Supported the batch life insurance Policy Administration System written in Assembler Language.Developed and installed an online CICS system for customer service access to the Policy Administration System.Installed and maintained the Alpha Index System which was used to determine possible history of new policy applicants.
