Highly motivated technologist with a focus on teaching and empowering users. Currently working at Women’s Healthcare associates as a Help Desk Specialist where my mission is to demystify technology by using training and documentation to help staff’s understanding of tools that are available to them. I believe that with an understanding of tools and systems available to them, staff can be empowered to improve workflows and become more efficient.At Women's Healthcare Associates, I’ve created documentation for both IT staff as well as broader user base. Improved workflows at the help desk to make time consuming task more efficient. Created standardization of computer builds to create uniformity. Automated daily task. Created workflows for incident response to alert IT staff of security threats. And most importantly always being sympathetic of end users when working on projects or as a member of the Information security committee. I always try to make sure the end user’s point of view is respected and they never felt over whelmed by change. As part of the Info Sec committee I worked on security auditing, evaluated security tools with vendors, implemented security policies, monitors alert systems
