Act as liaison for Advisory clients, investment managers, and internal investment team staff. Collect, interpret, and organize information relating to all aspects of client portfolios. Complete subscription and redemption documentation, track share class information, and monitor manager liquidity provisions on behalf of the client.Coordinate asset transfers between clients, custodians, and investment managers and maintain account records.Proactively support client objectives through communication with third-party service providers. Curated two gallery exhibitions featuring 20th century and 21st century artists. Led a group of 12 student interns to create gallery labels, conduct period research, secure art loans from external galleries, and manage gallery events.
