Director of Quality Control Duties:- Guarantee customer satisfaction.- Make sure every phase of the project was accomplished according to the company philosophy and customer requirements. From Phase 1 or prewire/retrofit to Finals and customer training.- Advise and supervise technicians on the field.- Be a source of information about project design and product compatibility.- Train employees to become potential programmers.- Train new hired programmers to follow company philosophy.- Provide continuous feedback to Sales department to avoid possible mistakes in design.Senior Programmer Duties:- Use Control4 gear as the main product for Smart Homes.- Expertise with 3rd party providers and make them work synchronized with Control4. Always willing to learn from new providers/solutions and make them useful for projects. * Shades (Q Motion, Hunter Douglas, Screen Innovations, Somfy) * Room Temperature (Ecobee, Google Nest, Honeywell) * Pool Control (Jandy, iAqualink, Pentair, OmniLogic) * Audio/Video (Sony, Samsung, LG, Sonos, Klipsch, Origin Acoustics) * Security/Surveillance (LUMA, Hikvision, Interlogix, DSC, Honeywell) * IR/RF Control (Bond Bridge) * Driver Central, HouseLogix, etc. * SnapAV, OVRC.- Design Smart Homes / Low Voltage Integration projects.- Run Low Voltage / Smart Homes projects from Phase 1 (Design and wiring) to Phase 3 (Finish, Programming and Customer Training).- Design and Run the integration of all the Low Voltage areas. Security (CCTV, Burglar Alarm), Entertainment (Audio and Video), Comfort (Temperature, Shades), Lighting.- Support the company with the customer service in all the Low Voltage involved in the processes.- Setup the network (Assign subnet, IP ranges, etc.) and configure all the devices. Configure the network according to the size of the project (Setup VLANs when necessary).- Test the whole system and make sure it is functional and easy to use for the customer.
