As an engineer, I am innately inquisitive about what makes things tick. My skills range from software and hardware development and design all the way to system implementation, the troubleshooting of complex problems within those systems, project management as well as the development and management of workplace teams of many stripes, from sales to R&D.For the past 15 years, I’ve honed my abilities at Sciemetric Instruments where I am the primary design and development engineer for advancements in defect-detection methods and process signature technologies developed to solve complex manufacturing problems for major medical device, automotive and off-highway manufacturers. I also develop state-of-the-art solutions that help professionals in the automation sector overcome equally complicated process issues.Leading up to this position, I was responsible for designing and developing Sciemetric’s universal process signature technology that has been implemented on thousands of manufacturing stations around the world. I also headed the implementation of multimillion-dollar systems involving Sciemetric software, hardware and third-party devices into new and existing manufacturing facilities throughout North America.It’s my extensive technical background and hands-on experience that have enabled me to provide exceptional support to Sciemetric’s strategic accounts, from pre-sale all the way to installation. I know the software and hardware through-and-through and get satisfaction from helping our customers apply it to their production lines to improve the quality of their manufacturing processes.
