CurrentWorks with Chief People Officer to supervise overall HR function. Collaborates with employees at all levels of the organization to achieve business and strategic objectives. Handles personnel issues as they arise. Serves as human resources information system (HRIS) administrator for the Association, functioning as an expert for HR analytics, and proactively analyzes relationships between data. With Vice President, Finance & Controller oversees payroll and payroll consultant, compiles, and verifies semi-monthly processing. Administers benefits for employees. In conjunction with benefits broker, serves as the liaison between employees and benefit carriers. Answers staff questions regarding AdvaMed policy, pay, and benefits.
