Holistic understanding of adult learner theory and training best-practices within the client services, sales, and support industries.Have managed and conducted training in multiple industries, and in a wide range of functions and processes - ranging from new-hire onboarding and basic service and support fundamentals, to continuing education for C-Level, external partners, and core employee groups. While creating content and curriculum coordination is critical, on the flip side I am constantly evaluating my own personal delivery performance, as well as track learner retention. These areas are monitored through robust quality assurance measurements, post-learner assessments, and direct KPI tracking.
