Summary reporting and analysis of purchase order history/tracking for various high-visibility projects as part of jcp's Global Flow Management team. This team is responsible for managing the flow of merchandise throughout the entire supply chain to ensure in-store/online availability for the customer. My responsibilities included building an executable plan for our operations and transportation partners across the jcp network for major product launches, both online and in-stores, PO tracking for weekly marketing sets, seasonal (holiday) order tracking and other ad hoc reporting as necessary. I also supported our field teams by publishing a monthly flow calendar online to provide guidance on how merchandise will be flowing through the supply chain. I provided support to our unique Puerto Rico supply chain operations through daily visibility reports and bi-monthly meetings to communicate high priority projects, and was a primary point of contact for information/research related to the online portion of our supply chain operations, helping to expedite hot freight for our .com business. I drove many of the systematic operational tools our company uses to identify and accelerate critical merchandise in the logistics pipeline.

Oversaw the receiving functions of a store support center where I managed a group of 25 of the highest performing associates in the network to achieve desired productivity and engagement goals. Responsibilities included optimizing the receiving mix to best suit operational needs, minimizing departmental costs while maximizing overall output and providing systems support to my team when needed.Coached a team of 35 associates working in the value-add and detail check processes for non-hanging merchandise within the same facility. Our department achieved the highest overall productivity rankings for similar departments within the jcp supply chain network and maintained this distinction over multiple consecutive months. In this role, my department was also responsible for reporting a significant portion of net vendor chargebacks and other compliance-related information for the company.

During my time as a Supply Chain Management Trainee in Columbus I had the opportunity to work on and lead several significant projects in my facility such as managing an interdepartmental VoIP phone program, a process flow analysis of a work type in our Customer Relations department and a complete 5S overhaul of the tower inductions in our packing department. I also was an active participant on the Columbus Inclusion and Diversity Team, which was a rich and rewarding experience. The program required constant interaction with all levels of management and hourly associates and concluded with a final project presentation to upper management for review.As a supervisor, I managed a group of 10 associates in the packing department of a direct logistics center in Columbus, Ohio. During this time I helped to submit, review and implement ideas for process improvement, worked collaboratively with supervisors from other facilities throughout the jcpenney network on projects of mutual benefit and provided support to sustain daily business activities and achieve a high level of productivity throughout my department.
