• Responsible for completing complex client reporting packages, including working with external clients on client requirements, data and content resolution, direct and negotiate the timing of content and data with suppliers, and the highest level of quality control• Independently manage end-to-end production/distribution of investment and client report packages• Perform quality control for relevance and consistency across deliverables in accordance with TRP Standards• Subject Matter Expert on new client reporting systems including requirements gathering, testing, and roll out• Improved reporting documentation and process resulting in a decrease in turnaround time and an increase in report quality• Client reporting systems liaison between systems developers and reporting specialists• Review peer and junior staff reports to ensure the highest quality client report distribution• Onboarding mentor of reporting specialist new hires and intern mentor

• Processing incoming and outgoing paperwork including mail and facsimiles• Support client service associates and operational personnel• Checking inbound client documents for accuracy, notating all activities on the account, and submitting accurate forms for final processing to service center• Make outbound contact both in writing and verbally with clients concerning paperwork

• Assist patrons and staff to properly follow rules, remain safe, and maintenance the pool• CPR, First Aid, AED, and Pool Operators Certification
