This strategic planning role works closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations and Support @Genetec to prioritize, design, deliver and monitor solution offerings suited for the markets of Public Safety and Transit. Genetec is a leading video technology provider of business intelligence, video management and analytics, and unified physical security servicing multiple markets including public safety agencies and smart city communities.

Responsible for Public Safety sales and customer development across the United States and Canada. Also responsible for coordinating the Customer Experience (CX) program to measure customer satisfaction at Cyberkar as well as product marketing, project management, and technical support efforts.Lead on defining and executing customer experience and product marketing initiatives with the Product Development team and Operations Support team at Cyberkar. Participate in Product Development team stage-gate product life-cycle process for developing and launching new products and product bundles in order to manage financial risk and prioritizing the use of Product Development and company resources. Oversight on all product marketing offerings and activities for the Cyberkar product website, tradeshows and social media sites.

Responsible for Public Safety channel partner sales and customer development across the United States and Canada. Trusted partner to help provide customers and partners with cost effective technology tools (on-person and in-vehicle) that solve problems for the connected front-line officer. Lead on customer experience and marketing initiatives with the Product Development team at Cyberkar. Provide product training and manage project roll-outs and customer trials.Cyberkar manufactures the Kommander solution - the only in-dash police vehicle MDT mounting technology solution maximizing safety for police officers, while also being ergonomic and simple to use. Cyberkar RedAlert software client app provides the frontline officer with centralized touchscreen menu control of all IT apps and emergency components in the police vehicle. The RedAlert portal provides license management and over the air programming to RedAlert software clients available as a Microsoft Azure SaaS cloud offering, private cloud or on-premise customer solution. Cyberkar is also an authorized systems integrator of solutions such as video management, interview rooms, in-car video, body worn camera solutions, and evidence management solutions from Getac and Genetec.

Overall responsibility for business development and product strategy of Bell Public Safety solutions including ensuring the retention, growth and management of new and existing Bell Public Safety Group (PSG) customers across North America. The Bell PSG delivers public safety agency Records and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) software technology solutions for Government, Law Enforcement, Fire, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and critical infrastructure customers. Bell Public Safety solutions can be leveraged as part of an Internet of Things (IoT) Smart City platform and are available as a SaaS cloud offering .Also a proud promoter of the Bell Let’s Talk initiative to create awareness on mental health, Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSS), Critical Incident Stress Syndrome (CISS), and depression within our Canadian communities. Bell operates the Bell Let's Talk Community Fund which encourages Canadian community organizations from coast to coast to coast to apply annually for financial assistance grants to support local mental health care initiatives and programs.

Responsible for sales and business development of public safety solutions in southern Alberta for Westcan ACS, a market leader in the sale, rental and service of integrated, turnkey solutions for two-way radio, secure wireless broadband networks, and mission critical communications systems. Westcan Wireless has expertise in the design and provision of complete solutions for public safety, industrial SCADA, municipal and provincial government, as well as comprehensive broadband solutions and broadband internet networks.

Responsable for sales and business development in North Eastern US and Eastern Canada with partners, dealers and customers of BSM Wireless. BSM Wireless is a leading provider of real time, web based management, tracking and reporting of Enterprise fleet assets (fixed and mobile), automated vehicle location (AVL) monitoring and diagnostic technology.
