I've been serving customers in the heavy equipment, oilfield, environmental, and material handling industries since 2007. Since 2011, I've had the privilege of being part of the Vacuworx team; helping our customers move material in the fastest, safest, and smartest manner.As the Production Manager at Vacuworx, my focus was on the quality of all of our produced goods, while seeking continuous improvement in our workflows and processes through the perspective of Lean methodology. We train our team to see waste (or non-value added activity) on the shop floor and to abolish it.As a BI and data analyst now, my focus is using my 12+ years of experience working in several capacities at Vacuworx to optimize different key aspects of our business with an even more informed approach that allows us to rely on the data that we already generate and own. I have the pleasure of incorporating emerging technologies into our workflows (Microsoft Power Platform, generative AI/LLM, robotic process automation, etc.) to streamline, optimize, and generally improve the work that we do to bring value to our customers.
