I'm a highly detail-oriented engineer with nearly 10 years of dynamic experience in the optics industry. From hands-on metrology in the lab to global field support and everything in between, my broad-based experience has afforded me the opportunity to solve challenging problems, lead transformative projects, and share my knowledge with others.I currently manage field service and technical support operations at Optikos - The Optical Engineering Experts. When I'm not traveling the world servicing or selling our industry-leading image quality measurement systems, I ensure our clients get to (and stay) happy. My broad range of skills is thoroughly exercised on a daily basis when tackling complex software or hardware issues, addressing post-sales inquiries, engaging in sales and marketing activities, and managing customer returns.
