CurrentLead the IT Service Delivery team in providing hardware and software support for hundreds of devices in a fast-growing B2B SAAS company. Procure hardware and software while ensuring compliance with corporate ITD standards. Work with vendors to collect quotes, negotiate costs, and generate IT budgets. Plan, coordinate and enact office and departmental relocations involving dozens of devices. Manage Active Directory user accounts and security groups. Devise and implement process improvements for the IT Department. Manage multiple projects simultaneously of various scales from a dozen to hundreds of devices. Ensure SLAs for ad-hoc requests and issues are met.Accomplishments:- Standardizing and streamlining the processes for the assembly and shipping of training packs to remote sites, creating the ability to turn around dozens of devices within a day’s notice.- Planning and leading the deployment of the MyQ secure fob-based printing system, saving the company hundreds of dollars per month in renewable supplies and increasing security of the printers.- Developing and coordinating an implementation plan to enable multi-factor authentication across the organization, providing greatly increased device security and ensuring HIPAA compliance.- Planning and leading the migration of organizational assets to Active Directory.- Developing and implementing a backup plan for key company systems, including the software license database, RFID tracking database, and Office 365 components
