· Treasury management- main-operating account maintenance and analysis (M&T Bank)· Daily journalization and analysis of ATM, credit card, store deposits, and phone card accounts· Reconciliation and adjustment of main-operating account, 20 store bank accounts, PA lottery, 59 ATM Accounts, and credit card accounts for up to 62 stores including: Gulf, CITGO, CNG, Fuelman, Fleet One, WEX, Comdata, EFS, TCH, T-Check, loyalty cards, and Multi-service· Maintain YTD profitability schedule (EBITDA) for 62 stores monthly· Distribute and ensure general accuracy of sales analysis reports to company general manager and district managers· Research and resolve credit card issues for customers and the company· Maintain schedules and make adjustments as necessary for real estate taxes· Assist controller with projects· Fraud detection and reporting· Communicate with and advise individual store managers to improve account management· Perform account transfers and make non-standard payments· Order, track, and distribute banking supplies for 62 stores· Maintain on-call schedule for district managers and technicians · File forms 720 and 8849 quarterly for alternative fuels tax and credit and tax reimbursement, respectively· Participation in annual audits

• Reconciliation and adjustment of 39 store bank accounts, PA lottery, 65 ATM Accounts, and credit card accounts for 69 stores including: unbranded, Gulf, Sunoco, CITGO, CNG, Fuelman, Fleet One, WEX, Comdata, EFS, TCH, T-Check, and Multi-Service• Communicate with and advise individual store managers to improve account management• Analysis and adjustment of store record keeping• Administration of fuel tolerance program to comply with New York State regulations• Main operating account maintenance-cash management• Analysis and adjustment of Fuel Inventory Report* Participation in annual audits
