• Implement new products ensuring all documentation, equipment and test methods are available for required date and all parts are configured and specified correctly to enable build.• Review/analyze new and current production processes and make recommendations for improvement actions.• Undertake process improvement activities, monitor improvements and report on their success.• Ensure that all new manufacturing processes/process improvements are verified in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001& TS16949.

• Manage goods inwards inspection to reduce delays to production.• Hold and chair the improvements meeting for Equipment Manufacture.• Record and investigate Customer and Supplier complaints including concessions and returns.• Update and create work instructions for equipment manufacturing.• Support production, engineering and sales with any quality and manufacturing concerns.

• Manufacturing support for all products and processes.• Update and create work instructions for all areas and processes of manufacturing.• Quality and Production improvements to increase efficiency and OTD and decrease lead times.• Materials testing and approval for new materials to be used within manufacturing.• Cost analysis of processes and products to decrease cost of manufacturing.• New product introduction; BOMs, Work Instructions and Routings.

• To support the continuous improvement team in updating and standardising the processes used around the factory.• Update and create process instructions for the processes involved in manufacturing.• Supplier Quality and Goods Inwards Inspection.• Tooling Design and implementation. (some experience with ProE)• Packaging improvement, design and implementation.• Involved with key-customer improvement programs.
