Maintains contracts, changes, updates, rate increases, and site visits to all 218 CCS contracted providers across 14 counties. Update a monthly provider list that contains information about all contracted CCS providers and send the list to a current mailing group. Review a quarterly report to contact and recruit any new child care providers in the area whom do not currently hold a CCS contract. Process all required paperwork to establish a new Child Care Services (CCS) provider or make changes to an existing provider. Attend and plan for job fairs and community events to inform the community about the benefits of CCS. Process and refer Inclusion Assistance applications to board staff (ETCOG), perform a 30 day follow up visit and maintain TWIST data entry. Maintains a monthly report that is pulled from the Child Care Automated Attendance (CCAA) portal to ensure that each child is entering daily attendance according to TWC CCAA policy. Reviews planned orders, creates requisitions for purchased items, and manages approval process. Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase order and supporting documents to supplier.
