As an Assistant Professor of playwriting, I work with undergraduate students to write and develop new plays with a focus on craft, analysis, and collaboration.

I provide in-depth research for the full scope of creative projects, and write and curate research materials for artists, production staffs, and audiences. My written content includes: research packets, online and print articles, artist interviews, and interactive displays, as well as facilitating audience talkbacks. I support writers directly, tracking script changes and providing coverage. I have also contributed to the new work development initiatives of six theatre companies and arts organizations in Boston, New York, and Kansas City, MO.

As part of Huntington Theatre Company's ticketing services staff, I offer patrons support with their season ticket purchases: covering phones, processing web orders, updating patron information on Tessitura, and serving as a point person for questions regarding Huntington's 2021-2022 season and Covid-19 safety protocols.

Working directly with community and company members, I trained staff, coordinated community volunteers, and supported specialty programming and services for students, elderly patrons, and patrons with disabilities.

I worked directly with community and company members, managing employees across a range of ages and experience levels, and working on an administrative level to ensure communication between multiple departments, and to support the company’s programming and mission.

I provided script coverage for a Broadway production company: evaluated scripts, prepared reader’s reports, and recommended plays and musicals for further production consideration.

I directly supported the Management Director with grant proposal writing and research, financial administrative work, scheduling, transcribing meeting notes, data input, managing communication with board members, and maintaining phone and email correspondence. I communicated with local and national foundations on behalf of the company's Artistic and Educational programming. I supported the Marketing department with copyediting for production programs, press releases, and audience mailers. I collaborated with the company's Programming Committee on script coverage and season planning efforts. I assisted with the annual Fundraising Gala with item scouting for auction, and with volunteer and guest wrangling. I also acted as a Producer during performances, helping set up venue spaces, interacting with audiences, and serving as one of the public faces for the company.

I offered administrative support for executive-level staff across multiple creative and production departments, including Artistic, Marketing, and Development. I contributed content to educational materials and assisted with audience outreach, both in person and online. I supported executive staff with research and data input, as well as with the company's annual appeal and audience communication. I contributed to production dramaturgical and press materials with additional content writing and copyediting. I also contributed to the company's Literary department, evaluating scripts, and researching and recommending plays and musicals for future seasons.
