Ensuring that the customer’s emails and requests are answered in a timely fashion, responding to status updates, and communicating with hardware vendors to provide the customer with updated information in regard to their service requests Implement new cabling standards to ensure rack visibility with real time expansions. Collection of decom storage drives to ensure company security procedures met. Submit warranty claims for OEM and non OEM internal components. Rack and stack of multi vendor 1u to 6u devices.On call support for network turn up of integrated racks. Replacement and rebuilding of RAID arrays. Configure ILO’s/IDRAC’s, Gather logs for troubleshooting. Lead tech for cross site server relocation projects. Troubleshooting layer 1 client impacting issues, copper and fiber related.
