Interim Cfo
The WYCF is a non-governmental, publicly supported foundation, governed by a self-perpetuating board of citizens, and making grants from individual funds contributed or bequeathed by individuals, families, corporations, nonprofit organizations and other sources. Since its inception in 1989, the WYCF has made $30.89 million in nearly 7000 grants to Wyoming nonprofits. In 2012, the WYCF awarded $2.59 million in grants. The Chief Financial Officer is charged with administering and overseeing, under the supervision of the President, WYCF's financial and accounting policies, including preparing and monitoring the annual operating budget, annual and long term planning, managing external auditing and IRS reporting, preparing all financial documents for reporting to state and federal auditing authorities, developing and maintaining vendor agreements, overseeing records and contracts, and employee benefit programs, maintaining and updating financial policies and procedures, and overseeing and maintaining vendor relationships with WYCF Information Technology systems and equipment.
