• Ability to prioritize work, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment• Excellent analytical abilities with experience in problem-solving in process efficiency and solutions in complex situations• Consult through project management, ongoing development, maintenance and assessment of learning groups, resources and learning materials to create and improve processes through strategic thinking and manage risk• Consult with L&D Consultants and Designers in creating, enhancing, and maintaining new and existing curriculums to support business objectives • Performance consulting through follow-up with team members and leaders upon completion of training to reinforce learning and support performance• Performance consulting and evaluation through root cause analysis to identify gaps in training, policies and procedures• Provide resources, guidance and feedback to build skills, knowledge and growth for team members in their respective positions while working to mitigate risk• Build partnership with line of business through leadership meetings and analytic report sharing to improve efficiency and decrease complexity for training effectiveness• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, decrease complexity and improve learning solution effectiveness • Maintain current knowledge of best practices in learning and development solutions, industry practices, and implementation solutions• Provide an inclusive atmosphere for delivery of materials through classroom, virtual, and e-learning environments• Research and provide guidance for complex solutions• Build and maintain relationships with all levels of leadership• Organized and accurate; strong communication and presentation abilities• Results oriented and customer focused with proven abilities to adapt and thrive in changing environments
