• 10 + years of successful training, performance consulting experience• 5 + years of Human Resource experience• 12 + years of successful people management and leadership experience• Ability to prioritize work, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment• Excellent analytical abilities with experience in problem-solving in process efficiency and solutions in complex situations• Excellent collaborator; demonstrated team building and relationship building skills• Consult through project management, ongoing development, maintenance and assessment of learning groups, resources and learning materials to create and improve processes through strategic thinking and manage risk• Consult with learning and development consultants and designers in creating, enhancing, and maintaining new and existing curriculums to support business objectives for multiple business lines• Partner with Instructional Design team to consult in the creation of new and enhance curriculums for newly created roles and courses within multiple business lines
