I proposed various solutions a few are: * Proposed beta test for Internet 2 (this provides a gig to terabyte data transmission speeds) over a private network, The project has been implemented at the Rocky Mountain Research Station (RMRS) and International Institute of Tropical Forestry. (IITF) * Researched and proposed procurement and deployment of Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices. This provide local storage for GIS and research data.
