With over 10 years of experience in higher education, I am a passionate and strategic leader in organizational development, human resources, and student services. My mission is to create and enhance the employee and student experience at Keypath Education, a global leader in online education. I have a master's degree in higher education and am completing a graduate certificate in human resources management, as well as multiple honors and certifications that reflect my commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and excellence.As the Global Vice President of Organizational Development, I lead the planning, implementation, sustainability, and improvement of various HR systems, projects, and programs at Keypath. These include the launch and management of Keypath's HRIS, the development and maintenance of a company culture that celebrates, diversity, equity & inclusion, the promotion of continuous learning and performance management, and the establishment of effective talent and succession planning, change management, and team development initiatives. I also leverage my previous experience as the Global Vice President of Student Services and Retention, where I led the development and implementation of comprehensive student advising plans and strategies for all offices, to ensure that our students receive the best possible support and guidance throughout their academic journey. I use my skills in strategic human resources leadership, executive coaching, and change management to empower, enable, and facilitate the success of our employees and students.
