(no longer in operation) surviving company transformed into SilkRoad Technologies of Winston-Salem, NC.

Created content and managed publishing requirements for three management books Results-Oriented Job Descriptions, More Results-Oriented Job Descriptions, and Building a Fair Pay Program by working with authors/consultants Roger & Sandy Plachy. Produced content for software Employee Appraiser developed by Austin-Hayne desktop software for performance management. Intellectual property was eventually sold to SuccessFactors
