After 26 glorious years at IBM in which I did everything from marketing, sales, and finance, to brand management, mergers and acquisitions, mega services negotiations and more, I left to focus on my passion of working with nonprofits focused on social justice, healthcare, education, and the environment. Yates Advisory LLC was created for senior leaders in the nonprofit world who are struggling to find a good way forward for their organization and for themselves personally. Yates Advisory provides the space, insight, tools, and confidence you need to take the next steps to making your impact felt, heard, and heralded by internal and external stakeholders alike. As a consultant, I help identify stakeholder needs, develop strategic plans, assess program and team effectiveness, analyze the internal and external environments, integrate best practices into existing processes, and build successful partnerships. As a coach, I recognize that each client is creative, resourceful and whole on their own and my coaching gives them a chance to examine what they are doing in light of their intentions. Where my main focus on nonprofits, I am also certified as a Women Business Enterprise with the city of New York, so I can help like-focused government agencies perform at their highest levels.
